This committee has been asked to submit its report within one month.
Meanwhile, a separate committee was formed to investigate negligence of the officials.
The committee will be headed by Khaleda Akter, additional secretary of Secondary and Higher Education Division. This committee, comprising seven members, has been asked to submit a report by three weeks.
The development came as the government has been facing criticism after many errors in new school textbooks were reported earlier this month following the books’ distribution among students.
An allegation of plagiarism in the seventh-grade science textbooks was also raised.
